Salmon and Sweet Potato Patties

This is a great snack to have on hand when you’re focused on clean eating- or just enjoy good food!

Ingredients

1 can salmon (14.75oz)

1 cup sweet potato (canned or fresh, cooked)

1 egg

½ cup almond flour

2 tsp dried drill

1 tsp salt

½ tsp paprika

Grind of fresh pepper

Preheat oven to 425*F. Place Bonmat on Perforated Baking Sheet.

Drain liquid from salmon. Gently pull any bones out and add to a mixing bowl. Add other ingredients and mix well. Scoop mixture and place on Bonmat. Flatten with fingers. Bake for 25 minutes.

Mix up some tartar sauce with 1 cup homemade mayo, juice from half a lemon and 1 TBS dried dill.
