I don’t have professional training, just professional bakeware


I have a confession to make- I’m not that great of a cook. I can be caught rolling my eyes or thinking, “That’s not gonna happen” when I read a long recipe. I didn’t know you could make mac and cheese from scratch until I was in high school looking through a cookbook-- passed the cookie section ;) . Then I saw EVERYTHING else that could be made from scratch. Pancakes and waffles not from a mix? Mind blown.

My grampa said, “If you can read, you can cook.” He’s right. I’ve made lots of food- some from scratch and some not- in the years since I read a cookbook.

I’m happily married and have three kids so I have to feed people regularly. The good news is bon COOK™ has made me a bon cook! I’ve tried so many recipes over the past nine years- and my family is always happy to test them out for me!

People have seen my videos on youtube and asked, “Do they really work that well?” Yes, they do. It’s amazing. That’s why I call it #bonmagic

My goal is to inspire people to think, “I can do that” or “I can do better than that!” I still don’t have any professional training- I just have professional bake ware and cookware that makes me look good. It’ll make you look good too.


 
 

What makes our products so special?

Our parent company was born when a French chemist was trying to make non stick bakeware for professional kitchens over 50 years ago in France. He came up with a silicone and woven glass mat, now known worldwide as Silpat™ or bonMAT™. Once that combination was set, the two ingredients were used to make other shapes and sizes, known as Flexipans®. These products have been used in professional kitchens in countries around the world since the 1960s.

Because these products were created for professional kitchens, they meet every food certification around the world including being BPA free, PFOA free, Kosher. In addition, they are inert meaning nothing will leach in/out. You can feel safe and confident using them in your kitchen.
